Alex is customer focussed and communication is excellent and very reliable. His knowledge on a lot of fencing issues and solutions is also impressive and useful. James did really excellent work for me recently building colorbond side fences and a gate. It all looks really great. Relatively small job, but with some challenges, which he handled extremely well. With a house built on a 461m2 corner lot, I couldn’t see a way to escape having fence framing looking back at me from every window of my house on the boundary fence sides. I had James out around six months ago to replace some old fencing. There were some complications with timing my demolition and constantly having to reschedule the fencing. Once this was done, it exposed some neighbouring yard that needed the fencing replaced urgently. James went out of his way to coordinate time to come out and do this job with urgency and also did an incredible once complete. I’d definitely recommend James to anyone looking to have their fencing done and he’ll be no doubt asked to assist me again with other jobs.

My dogs managed to get through the fence into the neighbours backyard to play with their dogs. Alex came the following day and secured the fence from this happening again. The whole process was done quickly. Alex manner was calm and respectful. I recommend Fenceology to anyone.

James came recommended to me by Fercos and I am so glad! I didn’t explain in my initial call that the visit was to fix my pool fence gate so he thought it was to quote for a new fence so he didn’t think he had all the tools necessary. Nevertheless he looked high and low in his car and found what he needed and kindly fixed the gate which was a bit fiddly to fix, and he did a great job. I am so ever grateful for his time and commitment. Highly recommended.

There aren’t enough words to explain the exemplary service and quality I received from Fenceology and Alex. Very professional and a great job. I had 7 neighbours. Alex did 4 and the other builder did 3 fences. The finish from Fenceology is 150%, the other 3 fences are more like 25%.

Working with Fencology had been a great experience! We had the pleasure to work with Antonio, who came over and took all the measurements and discussed what was to happen. He provided a very competitive quote, which we couldn’t say no to. Antonio arrived on the day we agreed on and he got to work. He works solo but it’s amazing how quickly he can get the job done and the quality of work he produces is exceptional. There were some unfortunate hickups with a neighbour who wanted to dispute the quote, however the professionalism from both Antonio and Alex made me feel like I was in safe hands during the management of the issue. Fortunately, those two were able to sort out the issue, and I am now left with a fence I can be proud to call my own.

Antonio gave us a good quote and completed the whole job in just 2 days. I’m really impressed with the quality, good solid work and careful attention to detail. Antonio was extremely responsive to our particular wishes and took great care with the existing gardens. Great to work with him, highly recommended!
