Please note that support will be provide during the hours of Monday-Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm
Terms and Conditions of Training and Support :
If the Franchisee cancels the training within 24 hours of the start time a $450 fee will be applied.
IF the Franchisee is not present at the Job Site Address within 90 minutes of the requested start time a $450 fee will apply and the trainer will depart.
Third Choice
The “END TIME” is determined upon the trainers discretion, and upon succesfull completion of the relevant task on the Competency Assessment Checklist
The Franchisee understands that the trainer is there to Teach and Guide the Franchisee in the relevant task, and not there to assist in completing the job.
